Future FinTech Labs, a wholly-owned subsidiary of blockchain firm Future FinTech Group Inc. (NasdaqCM:FTFT), has announced that it has teamed up with Visa (NYSE:V) subsidiary Currency Cloud Inc., to launch the remittance app Tempo – offering US-based immigrants and others “a streamlined, secure and cost-effective way to send money” from the US to North America, parts of Europe, Australia, India and the Philippines. This will see FTFT Labs provide its customers with a multicurrency digital wallet that streamlines remittances. FTFT Labs CEO Sean Liu said:

 

"Tempo represents an easy, fast and secure way to transfer money cross-border. Working with Currencycloud and using the breadth of its services, it allows us to offer our customers a seamless product from start to finish. We are confident we are making remittance a seamless process for our end users."

 

DMG Blockchain Solutions Inc. (TSXV:DMGI) has shared updates regarding its third quarter results and monthly Bitcoin (BTC) production. Highlights include a 12 percent decline in revenue to $10.5 million in the quarter, a 3 percent decline in hosting revenue to $0.9 million and the mining of 212 BTC. Commentary from the press release reads:

 

In the current quarter, this situation has worsened with summer temperatures, and as such, we expect only a very modest change in realized hashrate in the quarter to end September 30, 2022. DMG expects the situation to markedly improve in the December quarter as temperatures rapidly cool and we approach our expected calendar year end target of 1 EH/s of installed mining capacity, assuming Bitmain deliveries and installations stay on track.

 

iMining Technologies Inc. (TSXV:IMIN) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Invest Alberta to support the expansion of the former and its subsidiaries, BitBit Financial and Metaverse Advisory Group, within the Canadian province of Alberta. Khurram Shroff, CEO, iMining Technologies, said:
