CryptoStar Corp. (TSXV:CSTR) and an unnamed Hong Kong-based firm have closed on the purchase and sale of GPU and ASIC miners, which according to the press release, are “capable of a minimum total hashrate of 25,950 MH/s and 5,510 TH/s respectively.” In the original announcement for the two firms’ equipment purchase agreement, CryptoStar President and CEO David Jellins had said:

 

"We are delighted that the Vendor has selected CryptoStar as its preferred client for the supply of this highly sought-after GPU and ASIC mining equipment. We are looking forward to self-mining on a larger scale and we anticipate that this will be the beginning of a long term and mutually beneficial relationship."

 

Blockchain Foundry Inc. (CSE:BCFN) has launched an MVP pilot of its unique digital asset compliance tool, Peregrine. Peregrine enables security token, stablecoin, Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), NFT, and other digital asset operators, “to apply custom rulesets to digital asset transactions, including overlaying traditional financial compliance requirements onto token ecosystems.” Blockchain Foundry’s CEO Dan Wasyluk, explained:

 

"Regulatory frameworks are being introduced in many jurisdictions for digital assets and cryptocurrency exchanges. Offering or trading digital assets outside of these frameworks or without the appropriate exemptions can stop a digital asset project before it starts. Peregrine offers a solution, an innovative tool that provides on-chain pre-compliance, enhancing compliance for digital securities transactions and helping users maintain compliance with relevant regulations.”

 

Graph Blockchain Inc. (CSE:GBLC) has completed its acquisition of Optimum Coin Analyser Inc., an AI-based Crypto Coin Analytics tool company. The press release describes Optimum as “a cloud-based discovery search engine subscription model,” which, as such, “creates a recurring revenue platform for Graph.” Graph Blockchain CEO Paul Haber, said:

 

"Our stated objective with Optimum is to add data analysis for Graph to collect, cleanse and analyze unstructured data that can help manage our altcoin portfolio to make better decisions by pinpointing specific trends, risks and opportunities. We are excited to be acquiring Optimum to add this component to our business.”
