Argo Blockchain (OTC:ARBKF) has today announced that it has “previously confidentially submitted a draft Registration Statement on Form F-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed dual-listing and initial public offering of American Depositary Shares representing its ordinary shares in the United States.” The London-based firm had previously reported its intention for a potential secondary listing on NASDAQ earlier this month. At the time, the company’s CEO Peter Wall said:

 

"June has seen big changes in the cryptocurrency sector, with the reduction in total global hash rate and mining difficulty as mining machines have come offline in China. We've seen the global hash rate drop from over 150m TH/s to just 90m TH/s in the space of a month and mining difficulty adjusted to reflect this reduction. Argo has capitalised on these changes, continuing to deliver strong revenue at an impressive margin. We are also pleased to announce the exploration of a potential secondary listing on NASDAQ.”

 

Link Global Technologies Inc. (CSE:LNK) has signed the Crypto Climate Accord (CCA), described in the press release as “a private sector-led initiative to decarbonize the crypto and blockchain sector.” This commits the company to reach net-zero emissions from the electricity consumption associated with all of its respective crypto-related operations by 2030. Link Global CEO Stephen Jenkins said:

iMining Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Inc. (TSXV:IMIN) has entered into a colocation agreement with telecommunications facility operator Fibre Centre Facilities Ltd. Khurram Shroff, Chairman and CEO of iMining, commented:
